SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING

 Total Body Anatomy trainers have had specialized training in each of the categories below.  If you or someone you  know is looking for one-on-one training in any of the following sports activities, TBA can help.  This training can be altered to help athletes of all ages and skill levels.  Trainers will teach the general skill or work on specific techniques to help take you to the next level in your sport.


Football

This training focuses on football drills to improve reflexes, hand-eye coordination, strength work to improve endurance, and speed work to enhance movement in your upcoming football season.

 

 

 


 Speed Enhancing

 Long Jump/Triple Jump

IMG_0043[1]Jump training focuses on teaching the jumper basic techniques for the beginner and more advanced concepts for the experienced jumper starting with penultimate step, form in the air, through the landing phase.

Whether you would like to train for bikini, figure, physique, or bodybuilding competitions, TBA can develop a training program specifically for you.  These programs are available for long distance training and will be catered specifically to your needs.  Whether you  need workouts, meal planning or a combination of both, we can help.
